ACEOA President Rusty Morrow presents a relief check from
the Kentucky Conservation Association to Major John T. Jenkins of the Marine Resources Division
who, despite losing his own home and possessions to Hurricane Katrina,
continued working and protecting other people's property along the Alabama
Gulf Coast. Also present was Marine Resources Sgt. Glenn Rigsby (Dist 5 Director.)
