ACEO in the State Parks Division, referred to as a Ranger, helps manage, operate, and protect Alabama’s 22 beautiful State Parks. They protect and preserve the unique natural features of the Parks from vandalism and misuse. They provide a safe atmosphere for people enjoying the Parks, while providing emergency police and first aid assistance for Park user’s convenience. They also enforce Conservation and other State Laws in and around the State Park.
